Sandra Leon
For those who don’t know Sandra is the Nipper Secretary for the season and she gets through an incredible amount of work, that ticks over in the back ground. Sandra is an integral part of our Nipper program and is one of the main reasons that Nippers has continued to be so successful this season. A huge thanks to Sandra for her outstanding effort not only this month but every month!
2017 RNP District Junior Carnival
Well done and thank-you to all the nippers and parents that were able to make the 2017 RNP District Junior Carnival at Era SLSC. I know a number of us had thoughts of turning back when we faced the climb out of Little Garie but lifted by the kids’ excitement, we made it.
Overall we had 23 Garie Nippers attend and participate in all events, even though we had the smallest team, our Nippers achieved some great results (personal bests and overall wins). All the kids should be commended for their great attitude and effort, they gave it their all and did us proud. A special thanks to the Era SLSC for putting on a great event and keeping us well fed and hydrated. Eager to see many more Nippers next year for the 2018 RNP District Junior Carnival at Burning Palms.
